Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/13/2024 from 10:00 am- 10:35 pm. There were 2 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were inspected. The children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed. The children were participating in a cutting activity, arts and crafts and cleaning up by sorting colors and shapes.

Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
