Inspector Notes

An annual SHSI inspection was conducted on March 22, 2-23., the vendor was present, there were no children in attendance. Three children attend afterschool. During the inspection the home, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. Cleaning and sanitation routines and hand washing routines were discussed. Children's records, provider information and household member information was reviewed. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that electrical outlets shall have protective covers that are of a size that cannot be swallowed by children.

Evidence:
Two electrical outlets did not have covers in the living room.
Plan of Correction: I will put covers on outlets.
