Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 1 child ( 4 points) directly supervised by the vendor/provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. Child in care was engaged while the Vendor was reading a book to them. Hand washing procedures were observed prior to morning snack. Snack today was string cheese and fresh banana. Vendor and inspector reviewed diaper changing routine and suggestions of a more secure location for cleaning agents. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor/provider.
