Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 9/13/2024, as a part of the annual subsidy renewal. The on-site inspection began at 8:40am and ended at 9:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 caregivers records. This inspection included: document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
