Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, and records review. A virtual inspection was not possible today, as the vendor reported that her cell phone is broken. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 9:50am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present = 2 points with the vendor. Ratios were in compliance. Breakfast provided to the child in care today included a chewy breakfast bar and milk. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
