Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on November 16, 2022 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm. There was 1 child in care with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
