Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on November 30, 2023 2:40 until 3:20. There were 2 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
