An unannounced annual health and safety inspection was conducted on October 20 2022 between 11:30am and 12:15pm. There were no children in the home at the time of the inspection. The household records, vendor record, child records, and the pet records were reviewed. The physical space of the home was inspected. No violations were observed during the time of inspection.
