Inspector Notes

AN annual unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted on 1/24/23. The vendor has one child in care, a 22 month old, a total of 3 points. During the inspection the child was napping. The vendor has lots of space and materials for the child to play with. Reviewed paperwork for the child and vendor as well and first aid and non emergency supplies.
Today's lunch was, chicken with mixed vegetables and yogurt with fruit and crackers.
