An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on 1/31/2024 at 1:15 to 1:55. A delay in the inspection happened due to children having covid when the first inspection was attempted.
The vendor had two children in care. During the inspection one child was napping and another child was awake. The vendor has a large space for the children to explore and materials.
A violation notice was given to the vendor along with the inspection summary.

Based on the review of the emergency drills, the vendor failed to record the drills done for 3 months.
Evidence: According to the vendor she conducted drills in Oct, Nov, Dec of 2023 but did not record them on the log.
