Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 1/27/2025 and completed on the same day. The inspection started at 10:30 and concluded at 11:30. There were 2 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 6 The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 caregiver records at the time of the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1The vendor had cleaners stored under the bathroom sink and under the kitchen sink. The cleaners accessible to children.
