Inspector Notes
On 2/22/2022 a virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the inspector was not onsite and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email components. During the inspection the home and emergency supplies and procedures were inspected, Child, vendor and household member records were reviewed. There were 4 children present the day of the inspection. The provider, assistant and 4 children were on a fieldtrip to the library earlier in the day. Children were observed resting at the time of the inspection.
