Inspector Notes

An annual unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was completed On 01/17/2023 from 12:00 pm-12:40 pm. A sample of child records, staff information, household information were reviewed. During the inspection the home, diapering procedures, cleaning and hand washing routines, emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills were inspected. There were a total of 4 children in attendance at the time of the inspection and were napping.

No violations were cited during the inspection.
