Inspector Notes

An annual unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was completed on 03/10/2023 from 9:45 am-10:15 am. There were 2 children in direct supervision of the vendor. Reviewed child records, provider and household member records, play areas, diaper changing and potty routines as well as handwashing and cleaning routines. Emergency planning, supplies and drills were also inspected. The children were observed; playing chase, reading and helping with the tour.

No violations were cited during the inspection.
