An initial subsidy inspection was conducted on July 12, 2024 from 10:00am to 10:30am. There were 0 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 1 vendor record, and 3 household member records submitted to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
