An unannounced annual inspection was conducted 11/6/2023 from 9:30 am-10:56 pm. There were 1 child present and 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 Caregiver record, 2 children?s records, 4 household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. REPEAT VIOLATION

Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
