Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 3/4/2025. The inspection started at 10:10am and concluded at 11:00am. There was 1 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 2. The inspector reviewed 1child's record and 3 caregiver/household members' records on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

REPEAT VIOLATION
The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.

The vendor did not have a written attendance sheet, one child was in care during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: Vendor will use a written attendance sheet.

Caregivers who work directly with children shall annually attend the department's health and safety update course.

The caregiver/vendor did not attend/complete the department's health and safety update course in 2024.
Plan of Correction: Caregiver shall complete the departments annual health and safety training for 2025 and annually thereafter.
