Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on March 14, 2024 from 11:50am until 12:30pm. There were 2 children in care and 1 child living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 adult/household member record submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
