Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 3/10/2025 and completed on the same day. The inspection started at 10:00 and concluded at 10:50 The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 household member records during the inspection. There were two children present at the time of the inspection, the vendors own child and 1 child in care. A total of 3 points
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy of daily attendance that documents arrival and departure.

The vendor does not have any attendance records available at the time of the inspection. The last attendance records on file are from 2022.
Plan of Correction: I tossed all the attendance records because I had so many. I will make sure I take attendance every day and list when children arrive and leave.
