Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 7/8/2025 from 7:45 am- 8:30 am. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 child records and 2 household member records. on-site.

The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
