Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on January 24, 2024, from approximately 12:20pm-1:10pm. There was 1 child in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 1
child?s record, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The child was observed crawling and engaged with the caregiver. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Evidence:
The record of Child A was missing the address of 1 emergency contact, the father's employer information and the mother's residential information.
