Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual Unlicensed Subsidy Health and Safety (USHSI) inspection was conducted on 02/02/2033. There were 2 children (4 points) present with the vendor.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, the Vendor's record, and 2 household records were reviewed to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. The Vendor completed 24.5 training hours during the 2023 year.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, the vendor did not ensure that all unused electrical outlets have child-resistant protective covers.
Evidence;
1) Two electrical outlets were observed without protective covers in the dining room area.
