Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual Unlicensed Subsidy Health and Safety (USHSI) inspection was conducted on 02/02/2033. There were 2 children (4 points) present with the vendor.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, the Vendor's record, and 2 household records were reviewed to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. The Vendor completed 24.5 training hours during the 2023 year.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
