An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 1 child (1 point) directly supervised by thevendor/provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. Child in care was engaged with a video game and creative play in the basement. The child was interacting with the Vendor and the Licensing Inspector while playing with a toy grill set. Snack today was an assortment of nuts and dates. The exit interview was conducted with thevendor/provider. Inspection conducted between 12pm and 1:30pm.
