Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 11/21/2022, beginning at 11:30am and ending at 12:00pm. There were 2 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Based on a review of child records, the vendor did not maintain, information for each child enrolled.
Evidence:
Child A did not have any required information on site during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: I will ask his mom.

The diapering area was set up in a child's crib.
