Inspector Notes

An annual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on ( 08/03/2022) from 12:00 pm-12:35 pm. There was 1 child in direct supervision of the vendor. Vendor information, child information, household member information, trainings, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Cleaning and sanitizing routines were discussed and demonstrated and a tour of the home and program were given by the child in care to show where they ate, played and went for walks.
