An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on August 22, 2023 from 1:25pm until 2:05pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record and 1 adult/household member record submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
