Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/31/2023 between 12:30pm and 1:00pm. There were three children receiving care by the vendor. The vendor has moved since the last inspection and the new space was inspected. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 2 children's records, the vendor's record, and 1 household member records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice. During the inspection the caregiver exited the home through the patio door to collect a child being dropped off by a school bus on the side of the road. Two children were left unattended sleeping inside.
