Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on July 10, 2024, between 11:00am- 12:00pm. There were 3 children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, the vendors record, and 2 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
