Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on February 5, 2024 to review health and safety requirements. This inspection took place between the hours of approximately 12:15 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. There was 1 caregiver with 1 child for a total of 2 points within supervision guidelines. The child was observed playing with blocks and watching television. Children's files, caregiver files, and fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 3Evidence: Child #1's (start date: 09/01/2022) record did not contain proof of the child's identity.
Evidence:
1. The home has a dresser in the living room where the children play.
2. 3 balms (label states to keep out of reach of children), 2 cold medications, 3 bottles of ibuprofen, 1 bottle of acetaminophen, 1 saline nasal spray, 2 bottles of supplements, 1 itch relief cream and 3 bags of dishwasher pods were located in 2 unlocked drawers of the dresser, accessible to children.
Evidence: The vendor did not practice evacuation procedures in June 2023 or November 2023.
