A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 3/20/2025. The inspection started at 10:15 AM and concluded at 10:55 AM. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 5. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records on-site.
