Inspector Notes

This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 11/11/2021, at which time the vendor was contacted by video call to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The vendor reported there were 2 children in care. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 1 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
