Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/27/2023 from 12:25pm to 1:30pm. Observed 2 children (7 points) in the care of the provider. The children were observed napping and playing freely. The vendor completed the annual child development training requirements.
The home, emergency drills and emergency supplies were inspected. Children's information and vendor records were also reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

2.Child #2's record was missing the parents' names, address and phone numbers and emergency contact information.

Based on observation and interview, the vendor did not provide a crib for a child under 12 months of age.

Evidence:
A crib was not available for Child #2 (eight months of age) during the inspection. The vendor has a playpen, but she did not have a crib for Child #1.
