Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on September 12, 2022 from 11:00am until 12:00pm. There was 1 child in care and 0 children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The provider stated she had 3 children in enrolled in before care. There was one child in care. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
