This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.

An annual subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on September 27. 2021 and concluded on September 28, 2021. There was 1 child present with the Vendor. The Vendor has completed her annual 3 hour Health and Safety refresh and the child's file was complete with all information required.
