Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including telephone contact and remote applications.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 01/12/2022. There were 0 children in attendance at the time of the inspection.
A review of required background searches, training and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed.
Areas and equipment used by children when in care were observed and determined to be age and stage appropriate.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
