Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on December 7, 2023 beginning at 11:25am and ending at 12:45am. There was one (1) child in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
