Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 10:15am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and given a list of items required to complete the inspection. There were no children in care at the time of inspection.
