Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 8/28/2023 from 12:20pm to 1:50pm. There were no children in care. The home, emergency drills and emergency supplies were inspected. Children's information and vendor records were also reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child #3's record was missing the parents' work address, and the address to the child's emergency contact in case of an emergency if the parent cannot be reached.
