An unannounced subsidy health and safety complaint inspection was conducted on 4/18/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Interviews were conducted with the provider and parent relating to the allegation(s) concerning transportation authorization and parental access to childcare. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid. Please return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office within 5 business days.
