Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 1 child (2 points) directly supervised by the Vendor. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. Child in care was engaged with coloring and counting and naming colors. Positive interaction between the Vendor and child was observed. The home had bookshelves and bins filled with games, toys and equipment that was determined age appropriate for the one child who was present. A walk through of the entire home was completed. The exit interview was conducted with the Vendor. This inspection conducted between 11:20 and 12:25pm. If you have any questions regarding today's inspection, please contact:
