Inspector Notes

An announced initial Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/13/2023 from 9:00 am- 9:40 am. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were inspected. A sample of model forms for children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed.

Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
