An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on September 27 2022 between 1:30pm and 2:15pm. There were 3 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Child records, household background checks, the physical space, emergency drills, and provider training were reviewed and inspected. Violations are listed on the violation notice page. Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances such as cleaning agents were not stored in an area away from children.
Evidence: In the hallway adjacent to the child play area, there were cleaning supplies on the floor.
