Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on December 8 2023 between 9:00am and 9:45am. Two children were in the care of the vendor. Both children were observed napping. A review of the child records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, attendance records and home was conducted. A violation is listed on the violation notice.
