Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using alternate remote protocol, including telephone contace and video conferencing application.

This subsidy health and safety reinstatement inspection was initiated and completed on 2/8/2022. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date. The home, child and provider information required by subsidy regulation was discussed for future enrollment. Policies and procedures regarding emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also discussed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliancewith applicable standards or law. No violationswere cited.
