Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/27/2023 beginning at 9:15 am and ending at 10:10am. There were 2 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches and training certificates. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Based on record review and vendor interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance.

Evidence: The vendor confirmed that they do not keep a written hard copy record of daily attendance.
Plan of Correction: I will do that on the computer.

Based on record review and vendor interview, the vendor did not maintain written or electronic information for each child.

Evidence:
1. Child #2 was in care of the vendor at the time of inspection.
2. The vendor confirmed that they did not have written or electronic information for Child #2.
