An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 8/9/22 from 2:20pmto 2:50pm. There were no children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver's record including training certifications required by subsidy to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
