Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 7/1/24 3:15pm to 3:45pm. There were no children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver's record and 1 adult household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. Emergency supplies and training certificates were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
