Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/22/2022 to review health and safety requirements. This inspection took place between the hours of approximately 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. There was 1 caregiver with 4 children for a total of 10 points within supervision guidelines. Children were observed eating breakfast and engaging in free play. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy of daily attendance that documented the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurred.
