An unannounced Annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/29/2022 from 10:20 am-12:15 pm. There were 2 children in direct care of the vendor. The children were observed reading, writing and playing with blocks. The home, emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills were reviewed. A sample of 2 child records, provider trainings and household member records were also reviewed.

Based on record review and interview, vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
